For technical support, the place to start is our knowledge base where you will find an FAQ, problems and solutions other users have experienced. If you couldn't find any answer to your problem, do send us a note using the orange "support & feedback" button on the right.

If you think there is a problem somewhere, like a bug in the API/engine, a typo - just anything that doesn't feel right to you, simply send us an email: tickets@evrythng.com.

Rules of engagement

Our service is now available to anyone. You get to use EVRYTHNG for free, but in exchange we ask for your feedback on how you use our services, how it can be improved, what problems you encounter, and so on.

Your participation is subject to your acceptance of our terms of use and our license agreement. You are requested to keep your usage of our platform within reasonable limits (up to 5000 requests per day).

Fair Usage Policy

We do our best to provide a highly reliable, scalable, and fully resilient service. However, our service is still in a public beta stage, therefore are risks of temporary perturbations when usage moves beyond scope.

To provide a smooth experience to all our users, we do have artificial limits on how the platform is to be used. The limits imposed are 'soft' and your application will not stop working when the limits are exceeded, nevertheless we reserve the right to suspend temporarily accounts that systematically exceed these limits.

In the event you require more than what is offered, please contact us and we can provide expanded resources to meet your needs.

Service Status

We are working very hard to make sure our service are always up and running. However, as long as we rely on machines, downtimes and service perturbations do happen. We announce these on the @evrythngapi twitter account, don’t forget to follow it if you want to stay informed!
